5. A lot of submissions are sent by e-mail to this site, in fact, most are. I am NOT responsible for having a crystal ball to know who took the photo 30+ years ago. If you do know who did, please let me know, and it will be my honor to put there name here. For example, some of the pictures on this site were purchased on E-Bay by a contributor, and shared with this site, if the names were not sent with the purchase, then there is nothing I can do. Although I totally understand someone wanting credit for their work, and it has never been or never will be denied, I am tired of the occasional E-Mail telling me that a dead so and so wants his picture removed. I am but one person, and welcome submissions, but I am not now, or do I plan on ever being the photo police.

1. Photos that appear to be taken while violating basic common sense safety will not be posted.
2. Photos taken from vantage points that would not normally be available to the public must have an accompanying statement as to the reason that the individual had access to the restricted area. Don't play with a bus or trolley to get a picture, you WON'T win! In other words, don't lay on the street of tracks to get that "perfect shot".
